The improved µ value in closed cell structure makes an impermeable layer which is in itself a good vapour barrier. 4. It is suitable for application with in the temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. 5. The material has been specially compounded to be self-extinguishing in nature. 6. It is Free of CFC, HCFC & Fiber. Also it does not cause skin allergy. 7. Less thickness is required in specifying Kaiflex insulation in comparison to other materials due to very low thermal conductivity & high resistance to moisture. 8. "Kaiflex" also retard heat loss in hot water pumbling and solar heating systems. It also protect piping by acting as a vibration damper and giving protection against corrosion from atmospheric environment. 9. Wide range of tubes & sheets is available to ideally suitable for insulation of different pipe sizes, air ducts and large surface areas e.g. tanks or irregular shaped vessel. UV RAYS PROTECTION: It is recommended to protect outdoor insulation from UV rays & weather by using Kaifinish paint or aluminium sheet covering or any equivalent UV resistant finish. |
